For this position, Five Guys is offering a salaried, non-exempt role with a starting annual salary range of $40,000 to $45,000, along with potential overtime pay. The role is eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards, including a Secret Shopper bonus plan. The working hours align with the restaurant’s standard real work-life operating schedule, typically opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru services.
