Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- physically able to perform job duties which may include standing for extended periods
- eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to participate in performance-based bonus programs

- Minimum one year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- proven ability to control costs and manage staff effectively

Job Duties
- Lead, motivate and manage restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service
- control and manage costs including labor and food costs
- oversee daily restaurant operations during shift hours
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- conduct regular team training and development to uphold company standards
- participate in scheduling and labor management
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment following Five Guys core convictions
