Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
food handler permit
ServSafe certification
valid driver’s license
proven supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
strong communication skills
team-oriented attitude
minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

assumes responsibility for providing the ultimate guest experience
provides a happy, high-energy environment where guests are excited to return

ensures all guests are treated with dignity, respect and professionalism
handles guest issues fairly and timely, providing training and coaching as needed
trains employees to uphold high guest satisfaction through great service and product
builds relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and increased sales
oversees the restaurant in the absence of the store operator
maintains quality assurance standards within the restaurant
coaches and trains staff to address opportunities for improvement
ensures the restaurant is neat, clean, safe and organized
maintains food temperature guidelines
supports HACCP program knowledge and execution
enforces safety standards in food preparation
adheres to portioning and recipe appearance standards
leads by example and identifies staffing needs
evaluates and supports company marketing programs and local marketing opportunities
monitors safety and security of team members, guests, and company assets
adheres to applicable laws, rules and regulations
assists in managing inventory, ordering, invoicing and product tracking
provides fair and respectful environment for team members
ensures team member orientation, training and development to company standards
motivates and empowers team members to exceed standards
provides feedback and coaching
seeks personal growth and development
holds team members accountable for performance
assumes responsibility for related duties as assigned
