The role available is that of an Assistant Manager, a crucial leadership position within the restaurant. Key responsibilities involve assisting in recruitment efforts to build a strong team of Shift Managers and restaurant staff, implementing comprehensive orientation and training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The Assistant Manager also plays a pivotal role in employee relations by conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring effective communication on all work shifts. Additionally, they manage customer service standards by leading by example and empowering the team to resolve guest complaints efficiently to uphold the company’s quality of service.

Financial management is another critical aspect of this role. The Assistant Manager helps track and control labor costs, food and supply usage, and cash management procedures, making sure financial objectives are met and company resources are protected. Operational excellence is maintained by enforcing compliance with training standards, cleanliness, safety, security protocols, and health regulations. The Assistant Manager also oversees marketing program implementation and aligns operational staffing with business traffic patterns to maximize service efficiency.

Job Requirements
