Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- control costs including labor, waste, and inventory to maximize profitability
- lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards
- conduct regular training and development sessions for staff
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- monitor food quality and safety standards
- participate in Secret Shopper visits and encourage team participation for bonus eligibility
