Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery duties
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Experience in inventory and cash handling
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Leadership experience preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for all operations during the shift including cost control
- Manage inventory and cash control
- Ensure customer relations are handled effectively
- Set an example by adhering to all policies and procedures
- Staff scheduling and paperwork management
- Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image
- Deliver great customer service and ensure profitability
