Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Access to a reliable insured vehicle for delivery purposes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for order and inventory management
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for everything during shift including cost controls inventory cash control and customer relations
  • Set and maintain examples by following all policies and procedures 100 percent and ensure crew compliance
  • Staff and manage paperwork cost controls and cash control
  • Manage food quality and work according to schedules
  • Maintain perfect store image adherence to standards and great customer service
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality of crew and manage transportation to and from work
  • Oversee store cleanliness marketing and profitability
