The position available is a salaried, non-exempt role with a starting salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 annually, and the potential for overtime pay. Employees in this role are also eligible for performance-based bonuses, including secret shopper bonuses that reward team members for outstanding service during designated shifts. The typical workday aligns with normal operating hours, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, without drive-thru service, which ensures a focus on quality over speed.
