This position is a salaried, non-exempt role starting at an annual salary of $50,000 with potential overtime. Additionally, employees in this role are eligible for performance-based bonus rewards and participate in a Secret Shopper bonus plan, which rewards the team based on mystery shopper evaluations twice a week. Operational hours typically run from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with locations not featuring drive-thrus, emphasizing in-store customer experience.
