This job is for a salaried, non-exempt position with a starting salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually, with possible overtime. Employees in this role are also eligible to participate in performance-based bonus rewards, including a Secret Shopper bonus plan that offers additional incentives based on customer experience evaluations conducted twice weekly. The role offers real work/life hours, typical store hours run from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM with no drive-thru operations, making it an ideal environment for balance alongside career growth.
