The position offered is a salaried, non-exempt role with an annual base pay range of $50,000 to $55,000, accompanied by the possibility of overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The role involves leadership responsibilities in a restaurant setting with focus on operational excellence, cost control, and team motivation.
