Job Description

This particular role is salaried and non-exempt, starting at $50,000 annually with possible overtime pay. Alongside the base salary, employees are eligible for performance-based bonus rewards, including a Secret Shopper bonus plan that rewards team members during the twice-weekly mystery shopper visits. The work hours align with typical restaurant open hours, operating from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, without any drive-thru service to maintain quality and customer interaction.

The role requires leadership in the restaurant environment, focusing on cost control, shift management, and creating a positive workplace for team members. Candidates are expected to have at least one year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, demonstrating energy, motivation, honesty, and a commitment to high standards for themselves and their teams.
