The role being offered is a salaried, non-exempt position with a starting annual wage between $50,000 and $52,000, plus possible overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. This position is geared toward individuals who possess at least one year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong emphasis on cost control, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Unlike many fast-food chains, Five Guys locations operate with real-world hours, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, and do not feature drive-thrus. This aspect creates an environment where managers and team members can focus on quality service and customer interaction.
