The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring that units meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. They will perform a broad range of maintenance tasks including light electrical and plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, painting, and more specialized projects such as roof repairs and pool system maintenance.\n\nThis role also requires collaboration with the Lead Maintenance Technician and the Property Manager to address ongoing maintenance requests from current residents, maintain the leasing office and common areas, and address seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal.
