Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for food and people
  • Energetic attitude and personality
  • Ability to take direction and work independently or in a team
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • Food Manager Protection Certification
  • Experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms
  • Commitment to company mission and values

Job Duties

  • Be an ambassador of the company mission and core values
  • Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance lists accurately
  • Oversee implementation of operations, new recipes, menus, and training
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear direction
  • Mentor team members and promote their growth
  • Enforce all policies and foster a positive work culture
