Job Requirements
- must be able to read and speak English
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen environment
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and guest service
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- support the General Manager in all restaurant operations
- lead and coach kitchen staff to achieve high performance
- ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
- manage inventory and control food costs
- foster a positive and purpose-driven workplace environment
- contribute to staff recruitment, training, and development
- oversee daily kitchen workflow and maintain cleanliness standards
