Job Requirements

  • must be able to read and speak English
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and guest service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • support the General Manager in all restaurant operations
  • lead and coach kitchen staff to achieve high performance
  • ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • foster a positive and purpose-driven workplace environment
  • contribute to staff recruitment, training, and development
  • oversee daily kitchen workflow and maintain cleanliness standards
