We are excited to announce an opening for a Motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager at our upcoming new location. This role is ideal for a dynamic, driven individual who is passionate about the restaurant industry and eager to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced and high-energy environment. As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes, and maintaining efficient communication across departments. Your leadership will inspire the kitchen team to perform to their highest potential, maintaining the standards that Legacy Hospitality is known for. You will work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager as well as other members of the management team to not only streamline the day-to-day activities of the kitchen but also to contribute to financial management and strategic growth initiatives. Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations
  • Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation
  • Cultivate relationships with employees to develop trust and maximize teamwork

  • Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
