The Assistant Kitchen Manager will actively participate in prepping, cooking, and plating dishes alongside team members while mentoring and guiding them in upholding rigorous food safety and quality protocols. Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you will help maintain efficient kitchen operations, manage inventory diligently, and cultivate a team culture founded on respect, integrity, and collaboration.

You will oversee the preparation and cooking of menu items according to company recipes and standards, supervise daily kitchen activities, and ensure seamless service flow and exceptional food quality. Your role extends beyond culinary duties to include team management, training, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, and controlling costs through effective inventory management.

Global Partners offers a competitive salary for this role, ranging from $51,000 to $66,000 annually, with the final offer reflective of your experience, skills, and performance. Employment includes health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, alongside wellness programs and a 401(k) plan with a match. Furthermore, tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities are available after six months of service, emphasizing the company’s dedication to long-term employee growth and success.

Joining Global Partners as an Assistant Kitchen Manager means becoming part of a team committed to excellence and community impact. With a supportive work culture, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement, this role offers the chance to grow your culinary career while contributing to an organization known for its integrity and innovation.
