Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their team. This full-time role offers competitive pay at $19.00 per hour and involves assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Back of House. The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the production of legendary food meets the company's high standards, managing inventory, tracking waste, and enforcing proper food handling procedures. This position includes hands-on supervision and active participation in tasks such as cooking, serving, and hosting during peak times to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer experiences.
