The Assistant Kitchen Manager position is integral to the success of the kitchen operations across multiple brands under the company umbrella. This role primarily focuses on supporting the kitchen manager in executing food production plans, ordering and managing supplies, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Assistant Kitchen Manager acts as a leader within the kitchen team, fostering employee development and accountability, assisting with performance management, and stepping in with supervisory responsibilities when the Kitchen Manager is absent. - Ability to read and follow product specifications

Job Duties
- Foster employee development and accountability while assisting in performance management
- Oversee food preparation and service across all brands to ensure adherence to recipes and high-quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, reporting any issues to management
- Lead by example and collaborate with team members on food preparation as per recipes
- Utilize planning tools to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Regularly check food preparation and service for quality consistency
- Ensure all employees adhere to professional appearance and uniform standards
- Assist in training staff regarding policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Learn and assist with opening and closing procedures for smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
- Provide friendly and competent customer service consistently
- Support kitchen operations during staffing shortages as needed
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to support overall operations
- Supervise three or more employees in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
