Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in culinary or kitchen leadership roles
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in a kitchen management or assistant management role
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • excellent leadership and team motivation skills
  • ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • support the head chef in daily kitchen operations
  • lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
  • manage kitchen prep, timing, and workflow efficiently
  • ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
  • enforce food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist in training new kitchen employees
  • handle physical kitchen demands including lifting up to 25 pounds
