Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in culinary or kitchen leadership roles
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- strong organizational skills
- reliable and punctual

- proven experience in a kitchen management or assistant management role
- strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

Job Duties
- support the head chef in daily kitchen operations
- lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
- manage kitchen prep, timing, and workflow efficiently
- ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
- enforce food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in training new kitchen employees
- handle physical kitchen demands including lifting up to 25 pounds
