Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years of experience in restaurant management preferred
- ability to perform physical exertion tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 80 percent of the time
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- effective leadership and team management skills

- certificate of Serve Safe or safe food handling preferred
- one to three years of restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- coordinate and supervise kitchen staff according to food safety standards
- assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
- monitor food preparation and quality control
- manage inventory orders and perform food inventory audits
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organize waste and delivery areas
- ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed
