Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- current food handler’s permit
- two years of kitchen experience preferred
- ability to handle conflict professionally
- strong communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding physical tasks
- commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work collaboratively and be self-directed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- some college education preferred
- two years kitchen experience preferred
- current food handler’s permit

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily
- deliver excellent customer service
- order product and create production sheets based on past and projected sales
- actively participate in the Safety Committee
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely
- set a professional and positive example
- communicate openly with Store Director and Director of Kitchen Operations
- maintain company safety, sanitation, and productivity standards
- teach, mentor, and educate associates
- provide honest and direct feedback to associates
- write kitchen schedules to ensure coverage and labor goals
- conduct quarterly inventory of kitchen products
