The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join its team. This role is instrumental in assisting the Kitchen Manager with managing the Back of House operational functions to ensure smooth daily activities and exceptional food quality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service role
- experience supervising kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees the production of food

- manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, and cooking
- conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
- ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- manages inventory and tracks waste at the direction of Kitchen Manager
