Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service role
  • experience supervising kitchen staff
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • flexible schedule to work peak hours and weekends

  • Proven experience in kitchen or restaurant management
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage inventory and control waste

Job Duties

  • Supervises and oversees the production of food
  • in conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
  • monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
  • manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, and cooking
  • conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
  • ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • manages inventory and tracks waste at the direction of Kitchen Manager
