We are currently seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our culinary leadership team. In this full-time, salaried position, offering a competitive compensation range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. Your leadership will inspire and develop our kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where culinary innovation thrives. You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency during high-volume service periods, upholding stringent health and safety guidelines, and partnering with management to meet and exceed guest expectations.

You will enjoy structured work hours that respect your personal time, with a maximum of 50 hours per week and two consecutive days off to promote balance.
