Additional responsibilities include preparing required paperwork such as forms, reports (including temperature and cooling charts), and work schedules in an organized and timely manner. The position requires active involvement in safety training, covering areas such as first aid, CPR, lifting techniques, and handling hazardous materials to ensure a secure working environment for all kitchen staff. The Kitchen Supervisor must also uphold company policies relating to personnel management and promptly administer corrective actions for any policy violations.

Overall, this role is ideal for a seasoned kitchen professional who excels in leadership, communication, and operational management, with a proven track record of fostering a disciplined and productive kitchen team. Employment is on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
