Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in kitchen operations
- At least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong culinary skills in relevant dining environments
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
- Experience with inventory control and budgeting
- Proven system establishment and implementation in kitchens
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Background in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Background in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations by ensuring the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation are consistently met
- Develop budgets and manage costs related to food production
- Establish systems and procedures for efficient kitchen operation
- Innovate and improve kitchen layout, workflows, and overall efficiency
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a positive, high-performing environment
- Oversee inventory, manage waste, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
