Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in kitchen operations
  • At least 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Strong culinary skills in relevant dining environments
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
  • Experience with inventory control and budgeting
  • Proven system establishment and implementation in kitchens
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Background in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
  • Food Safety Manager Certification preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations by ensuring the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation are consistently met
