The pay range for these roles is $17.50 to $23.79 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and internal equity. In addition to the competitive base pay, Kwik Trip shares profits with its coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of the gross annual wage based on company profitability.
