The pay range for these roles is $17.50 to $23.79 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and internal equity. In addition to the competitive base pay, Kwik Trip shares profits with its coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of the gross annual wage based on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k plans, paid time off, and more.
As an Assistant Food Manager at Kwik Trip, you will play a vital role in managing the food program, ensuring that the highest quality of customer service is delivered daily. Responsibilities include preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, and setting the standard for excellent customer service.
