The company is currently hiring for Food Management positions located in the Sturtevant and Mount Pleasant areas, specifically seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to join their team as Assistant Food Managers. These positions are full-time with a variable shift schedule, primarily on the second shift. The pay range for these roles is $17.50 to $23.79 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and internal equity. In addition to the competitive base pay, Kwik Trip shares profits with its coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of the gross annual wage based on company profitability. As an Assistant Food Manager at Kwik Trip, you will play a vital role in managing the food program, ensuring that the highest quality of customer service is delivered daily.
