The Assistant Kitchen Manager at Texas Roadhouse plays a crucial role in supporting the Kitchen Manager with overseeing the daily operations of the Back of House. This role involves supervising food production to ensure that all menu items meet the company's high standards for quality and consistency. The Assistant Kitchen Manager helps with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position demands a hands-on approach where the individual may assist with cooking, serving, and other tasks during peak operational hours. Critical responsibilities include conducting formal taste and temperature checks, managing inventory, tracking waste, and enforcing safe food handling procedures.

Job Requirements

  • previous experience in food service or kitchen operations
