As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Dunkin' Donuts, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the restaurant by supporting the Store Manager and ensuring that all brand and franchise protocols are followed to the highest standards. Job Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must complete a satisfactory background check
  • 1-3 years fast-casual, restaurant management experience or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide support to ensure the manager's operational tasks are efficiently executed
  • Striving for complete guest contentment is of utmost importance
  • Ensure strict adherence to franchise and brand standards by following all policies and procedures diligently, which encompass aspects such as maintaining food safety standards, upholding cleanliness requirements, executing product promotions, and managing cash handling procedures as prescribed
  • Lead and instruct a devoted staff as instructed by managers
  • deliver assessments to both the crew and higher-ups
  • Assign crew members to specific roles during the shift and facilitate clear communication regarding their respective tasks
  • Contribute to the team effort by participating in food production, attending to guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational flow of the store
  • Assume control of the restaurant's management in the absence of the Store Manager
