Job Requirements

  • Education or experience in human resources or related field
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Experience working in a hospitality or hotel environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Leading day-to-day departmental operations

  • Advising leaders and team members on colleague relations and HR policy
  • Facilitating training and professional development initiatives
  • Managing workers’ compensation and compliance programs
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staffing efforts
