Job Requirements
- Education or experience in human resources or related field
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Experience working in a hospitality or hotel environment preferred

Job Duties
- Leading day-to-day departmental operations

- Facilitating training and professional development initiatives
- Managing workers’ compensation and compliance programs
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staffing efforts
