Job Description
Jostens, a leader in the student commemoration market for over 125 years, is proud to offer a dynamic seasonal position as an Assistant Hub Manager based in Philadelphia, PA, or the surrounding cities. This role is part of our exciting JostensPIX team, dedicated to creating memorable Picture Day experiences for schools. With a rich history of serving thousands of K-12 schools, colleges, and universities each year, Jostens is known for its iconic products such as yearbooks, letter jackets, class jewelry, and championship rings. These products help preserve meaningful traditions and inspire countless individuals to celebrate their unique stories and milestone moments. Our commitment extends beyond products to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where dedicated team members can thrive and contribute to our mission.
The Assistant Hub Manager role is a seasonal position starting July 27th, 2026, offering competitive pay between $24.00 and $24.50 per hour. Employees can expect an average of 30-plus hours weekly with opportunities for overtime during peak times, and a comprehensive paid training program to prepare you for success. This position emphasizes leadership, operational support, and excellent customer service; it requires a reliable vehicle for travel to local schools and a passion for engaging with students and staff. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience with JostensPIX, whether as photographers or photo team leads, or possess applied photography knowledge. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges on the spot, and enthusiasm for mentoring and leading seasonal team members.
In addition to the hands-on responsibilities and leadership opportunities, this role offers a reward-rich work experience including a 401(k) match from Day 1, paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, and daily pay options through DailyPay. Team members benefit from access to exclusive discounts on insurance, travel, pet care, and more, along with seasonal flexibility and the chance to extend employment through December depending on the event schedules. Joining the JostensPIX team means working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values communication, respect, and personal growth. You will help maintain smooth Picture Day events by supporting photographers with logistics, equipment management, and technical tasks, all while creating positive relationships with school communities.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, cheerful, and eager to contribute to a team celebrated for its fun-loving spirit and strong work ethic. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to start early mornings and occasionally work extended hours, and comfort with lifting and handling camera equipment. Strong communication, leadership, tech proficiency, and a polished professional appearance that aligns with Jostens’ standards are essential. If you reside in Philadelphia, PA, or nearby, and are ready to embrace a fulfilling seasonal role that combines leadership, photography support, and community engagement, this position could be the perfect fit for you. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until filled, with a deadline of July 15, 2026.
