The Assistant Hub Manager role is a seasonal position starting July 27th, 2026, offering competitive pay between $24.00 and $24.50 per hour. Employees can expect an average of 30-plus hours weekly with opportunities for overtime during peak times, and a comprehensive paid training program to prepare you for success. This position emphasizes leadership, operational support, and excellent customer service; it requires a reliable vehicle for travel to local schools and a passion for engaging with students and staff. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience with JostensPIX, whether as photographers or photo team leads, or possess applied photography knowledge. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges on the spot, and enthusiasm for mentoring and leading seasonal team members.
