Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior hotel or housekeeping experience
  • Previous supervisor or management experience preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Must be available to work first and second shift including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrates Hyatt’s values: empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing

Job Qualifications

  • Prior hotel or housekeeping experience

Job Duties

  • Assist in oversight of entire housekeeping department including public areas, night cleaning, and guest room cleanliness
  • Support housekeeping team members with training, development, and coaching
  • Promote strong guest satisfaction and team member engagement
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
  • Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory levels
