The role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Hyatt Regency Columbus is a vital position that supports the overall success of the housekeeping department. This role is responsible for assisting with the oversight of public areas, night cleaning, and maintaining guest room cleanliness to Hyatt’s high standards. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will utilize a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry services to ensure efficient, quality operations. This position plays a crucial role in supporting team members through training, development, and coaching initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth and engagement. Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior hotel or housekeeping experience
  • Previous supervisor or management experience preferably in a hotel setting

  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in oversight of entire housekeeping department including public areas, night cleaning, and guest room cleanliness
