Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping management or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties when necessary
- commitment to Four Seasons Golden Rule philosophy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
- proficiency in scheduling and staff management

- problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Assist in managing and directing day-to-day housekeeping operations
- interview, hire, schedule, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- respond promptly to guest comments regarding housekeeping or cleanliness issues
- conduct daily walkthrough inspections of assigned areas
- report and follow up on maintenance requests
- review quality and timeliness of repairs
- ensure compliance withHotel cleanliness and safety standards
- promote teamwork and uphold Four Seasons service philosophy
