Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in housekeeping management or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to perform housekeeping duties when necessary
  • commitment to Four Seasons Golden Rule philosophy
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
  • proficiency in scheduling and staff management

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing and directing day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • interview, hire, schedule, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff
  • respond promptly to guest comments regarding housekeeping or cleanliness issues
  • conduct daily walkthrough inspections of assigned areas
  • report and follow up on maintenance requests
  • review quality and timeliness of repairs
  • ensure compliance withHotel cleanliness and safety standards
  • promote teamwork and uphold Four Seasons service philosophy
