This full-time position is entrusted with supervising and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and all hotel areas, both front and back of house, maintain the impeccable standards synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. The Assistant Manager is heavily involved in hands-on management, including developing cleaning schedules, coordinating with the Front Office team to prepare rooms expeditiously for guests, and supporting the training and supervision of the housekeeping staff. This position also assumes leadership responsibilities during the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping.\n\nWe seek a passionate, motivated individual with outstanding leadership capabilities and professional presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing a diverse team, possess strong supervisory and training abilities, and exhibit business acumen essential for effective departmental management. Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken, is required along with computer skills in MS Excel and Word. Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory experience within the rooms division and preferably hold a college degree or diploma related to hotel management or equivalent experience.
