Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Chicago, IL
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and duties

- Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring housekeeping teams
- Familiarity with laundry services and overseeing cleaning and maintenance activities
