Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Business or hotel-related degree desired
- Three to five years supervisory or management experience in hotel environment preferred
- Two to three years customer service experience required with emphasis in hospitality
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Ability to work well with co-workers and work as a team
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to maneuver in front desk area and other hotel areas including parking garage and baggage room
- Must respond calmly when handling guest and employee conflicts
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand English
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift up to 80 pounds and push rolling carts up to 200 pounds
- Must have a valid Louisiana Drivers License
- Must have manual dexterity for typing, grabbing, pulling, holding, tearing, sorting, reaching and filing paperwork
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to operate computers, safe lock key machine, speed printer, fax machine, telephones and photocopy machines
- Must be able to perform physical and mental duties of multiple front services roles
- Must be able to tolerate second-hand smoke, car exhaust, dust, bright lights, and temperature extremes below 10 degrees and above 95 degrees
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Front Services including Front Desk, Bell Desk, Door, Concierge, Butlers and Valet
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained in Front Desk and Front Services areas
- Schedule employees to maintain guest service levels while controlling labor costs and departmental expenses
- Manage departmental budgetary guidelines effectively
- Supervise employees by maintaining proper employee/employer relations, recognizing achievements, evaluating performance, and administering discipline
- Provide positive and corrective feedback to employees
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies
- Demonstrate Caesars Spotlight 5 behaviors such as friendly greeting, eye contact, positive attitude, checking for satisfaction, and warm farewell
