The Stewarding Supervisor role at Hilton is a pivotal position within the hotel’s food and beverage operations, primarily responsible for leading the steward team to ensure the seamless cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of back-of-house areas. This role involves overseeing daily operations including the management of utility stewards and dishwashers, maintaining strict sanitation and hygiene standards, supporting inventory control, and coordinating timely delivery of equipment and food services. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform duties including standing and lifting

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Supervise daily back of house operations including utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas to uphold sanitation and hygiene standards
- Support inventory and equipment needs by managing stock levels, storage, and timely delivery of food and equipment
- Assist with team performance and development through scheduling, coaching, evaluations, and recognition
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as breakage, loss reports, and inventory control
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
