The Assistant Head of School will play a critical leadership role in the launch and ongoing operations of a new Bezos Academy preschool located in Denton, Texas. This full-time, salaried position entails working closely with the Head of School to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations while building a strong, welcoming community for families, children, and staff. Beyond operational oversight, the Assistant Head of School’s responsibilities include mentoring and developing teaching staff, enhancing educational quality across classrooms, and managing communication within the school community. For this role, the academy offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $123,000 annually, with compensation based on qualifications and experience. The upper salary range generally applies to seasoned employees who have demonstrated sustained success in the role.
