Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years luxury experience in resort
  • 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Prior experience in hotel or resort front desk, valet, or door is a plus
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to Hawai'i and its workforce
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Job Duties

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality
  • Motivate Guest Services staff to deliver authentic, high-level service
  • Interview, train, and schedule Guest Services staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and corrective interviews
  • Respond appropriately to resort emergency or safety situations
  • Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
