The Assistant Guest Services Manager role at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is a vital leadership position within the Guest Services department. The Assistant Guest Services Manager supports the Guest Services Manager in overseeing the operations of Door Attendants, Bell Attendants, Valet, and Shuttle Drivers, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of top-tier service. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years luxury experience in resort
  • 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Prior experience in hotel or resort front desk, valet, or door is a plus
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to Hawai'i and its workforce
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
