Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of managerial experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- College degree in Hospitality Management preferred or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, hotelier scheduling systems, and Opera
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
- Warm, friendly, sincere, and outgoing nature
- Ability to apply conflict resolution and critical thinking skills
- Able to reach, bend, balance and transport objects up to 15 lbs
- Able to access and navigate all departments within the facility
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years managerial experience in luxury hospitality

- Fluent in English, other languages an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, hotel scheduling systems, and Opera

- Physical ability to reach, bend, balance and lift objects up to 15 lbs
- Ability to navigate all hotel departments
Job Duties
- Manage daily front office operations to present a positive hotel image and create excellent guest and team experiences
- Manage all aspects of guest experience from arrival to departure and ensure team knowledge of local area and hotel amenities
- Maintain high guest service standards as directed by the Managing Director
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships and organize special events, promotions, and guest requests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with front desk, bell services, and lobby coverage during absences or high volumes
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop team members fostering a positive environment
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures and maintain accountability for compliance
