Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service

- Monitor financial performance including sales, expenses, and profitability
- Implement and uphold company standards for customer service and food safety
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide constructive feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of staff
- Address and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction
