  • must have McDonald’s experience even if not in management
  • be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor progress and report results to management
  • oversee guest service operations including McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food with focus on safety and cost control
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew while maintaining motivation and recognition
  • implement sales promotions successfully
