Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor progress and report results to management
- oversee guest service operations including McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food with focus on safety and cost control
- recruit, train, and schedule crew while maintaining motivation and recognition
- implement sales promotions successfully
