Job Description

Buffalo Wild Wings is a leading casual dining restaurant and sports bar franchise known for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious wings, and extensive selection of beers. Established in 1982, it has grown to become a popular destination for sports enthusiasts and families alike, offering a dynamic environment where guests can enjoy great food while watching their favorite sports on multiple screens. The brand prides itself on delivering a fun and exciting experience with quality service and a team-oriented culture. With a commitment to excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency, Buffalo Wild Wings continues to expand and innovate within the competitive restaurant industry.

The Bench/Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Buffalo Wild Wings plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with the overall operation of the restaurant. The company values motivated, results-driven individuals who are committed to creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members. Completion of the Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program and experience managing all restaurant departments including Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, and Host/Hostess are essential for success in this role.
