Job Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude required
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- hotel specific experience preferred
- ability to travel up to 75%
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- train, develop and coach team members
- cultivate exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards and hiring the right team members
- lead and showcase experience throughout the hotel's portfolio
- role model quality assurance best practices
- deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
- use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
