Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • minimum of one-year supervisory experience
  • hotel specific experience preferred
  • ability to travel up to 75%
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • train, develop and coach team members
  • cultivate exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards and hiring the right team members
  • lead and showcase experience throughout the hotel's portfolio
  • role model quality assurance best practices
  • deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
  • use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
