Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent
  • Positive, can-do attitude required

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success
  • Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service
  • Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple hotels
  • Role model quality assurance best practices
  • Deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
  • Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and resolve issues
