- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Positive, can-do attitude required

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success
- Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service
- Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple hotels
- Role model quality assurance best practices
- Deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
- Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and resolve issues
