Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Hotel specific experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop and coach team members for success
- Cultivate exceptional guest service and high service standards
- Hire team members with the right attitude for the right roles
- Lead quality assurance best practices and meet visit measurables
- Manage service, cost, labor controls and team engagement through hands-on leadership
- Resolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvement
