Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel specific experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • Train, develop and coach team members for success
  • Cultivate exceptional guest service and high service standards
  • Hire team members with the right attitude for the right roles
  • Lead quality assurance best practices and meet visit measurables
  • Manage service, cost, labor controls and team engagement through hands-on leadership
  • Resolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvement
