Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel specific experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent
  • Positive and can-do attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • Train, develop and coach team members
  • Cultivate exceptional guest service environment by establishing high service standards
  • Hire team members with the right attitude for suitable positions
  • Role model quality assurance best practices
  • Deliver on key business measures including service, cost and labor controls
  • Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
  • Show dedication to continuous improvement
