Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Hotel specific experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Positive and can-do attitude

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop and coach team members
- Cultivate exceptional guest service environment by establishing high service standards
- Hire team members with the right attitude for suitable positions
- Role model quality assurance best practices
- Deliver on key business measures including service, cost and labor controls
- Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
- Show dedication to continuous improvement
