Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry
- leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- strong organizational and time management skills
- certification in food safety such as ServSafe is advantageous
- ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations
- monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
- supervise and train restaurant crew members and shift managers
- address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- manage inventory levels and order supplies
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with staff and corporate headquarters
