Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry
  • leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • certification in food safety such as ServSafe is advantageous
  • ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations
  • monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • supervise and train restaurant crew members and shift managers
  • address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • manage inventory levels and order supplies
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • communicate effectively with staff and corporate headquarters
