Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant management or similar operations
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Physical ability to lift or push objects over 30 lbs
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Willingness to manage daily operational tasks and staff

Job Duties
- Deliver performance feedback and set goals

- Perform duties in absence of general manager
- Motivate and positively influence staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain awareness of brand standards and protocols
- Keep restaurant clean and inviting following brand standards
- Manage cash accurately and process daily reports
- Address customer issues to ensure long-term relationships
- Perform spot inventory counts and checks
