Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant management or similar operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Capable of working flexible hours
  • Physical ability to lift or push objects over 30 lbs
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Willingness to manage daily operational tasks and staff
  • Commitment to company values and policies

Job Duties

  • Perform duties in absence of general manager
  • Motivate and positively influence staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of brand standards and protocols
  • Keep restaurant clean and inviting following brand standards
  • Manage cash accurately and process daily reports
  • Address customer issues to ensure long-term relationships
  • Perform spot inventory counts and checks
